nic saunders Nic was born in London and began studying the piano from the age of 3. He attended the Junior Royal College of Music throughout his youth eventually attending the Guildhall School of Music and Drama at Graduate and Post-Graduate level.

He was schooled as a pianist and composer working in all genres, and is equally at home playing a concerto in the concert hall or rock and free-jazz in a club. He has played with a huge variety of bands and during the nineties was resident composer for a number of theatre and contemporary dance companies. Most notably Dance Unlimited in London.

At the turn of the century Nic set up his own studio in the heart of the Sussex countryside to concentrate on his composition work and has begun producing music for a wide range of films and cds.

Nic's background comes from the classical tradition but his musical breadth knows no limits. Listen.
